Minutes of Meeting of 8th PHiLMACH Exhibitors Briefing

MINUTES OF THE MEETING CALLED FOR THE BRIEFING OF EXHIBITTOR

SEPT. 22, 2018 @ SMX CONVENTION CENTER 

 

The following was discussed during the briefing to give information to exhibitors for a well-organized Philmach Exhibition.

 

1) The INGRESS of exhibitors will be on October 17, 2018, Wednesday which will be by BATCH basis color coding method. (see attached color coding that will be put at the windshield of your car)

·    First Batch -9:00 PM- 11:00 PM- Blue Sticker

·    Second Batch- 11:00 PM- 1:00 AM- Green Sticker

·    Third / Last Batch- 1:00 AM- 3:00 AM- Yellow Sticker

2) The EGRESS time will be on October 20, 2018. Saturday which will be by BATCH basis also (see attached color coding that will be put at the windshield of your car)

 

·     First Batch - 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM- Yellow Sticker

·     Second Batch - 8:00 PM- 10:00 PM- Green Sticker

·     Third / Last Batch- 10:00 PM- 12:00 AM- Blue Sticker

    Please print the attached color provided and place in front of your truck or vehicle to for identification in block 29 of the security guard during the ingress and egress time.

 

3) Early bird exhibitors should stay at block no. 29 and wait until the time of their ingress. There will be a security guard deployed in the area to monitor the arrival of the exhibitors.

 

4) Those who are late or will be late on the time slot assigned to them will join the last batch to prevent disorder.

 

5) Those have an outsider booth contractor or in house booth contractor may ingress at 3:00pm; (see attached list of those companies)

 

 

6) Permits needed for the ingress of the exhibitor who will use 6 wheeler trucks and up, will be process by NatCon secretariat but payments will be charged to exhibitors accordingly. Submission of form is only until tomorrow 10:00 am only. Late submission will not be entertained. (see attached CBP-Form)

 

7) Those who are interested to have their company's drop down banner inside hall 1 -4 your company will pay  the rental fee for genie lift which costs Php 900 per hour for installation and Php 900 per hour for dismantling. Banner / Tarpaulin material should have 4m x 2m dimension. Banner / tarpaulin should be given to PSME office until October. 15, 2018 at 5:00 pm ONLY.

 

8) Please don't forget to bring your gate pass. Provide 3 copies for ingress & egress. (see attached file)

 

9)  ID for manpower during the ingress - 10 ID- 1 booth

                                                           10 up ID-2-3 up booths

10) ID for stay in the booth- 3 ID - 1 booth

                                       6 ID-  2 booths

                                       9 ID-  3 booths

 

 Those who have in house contractor, must wear their company ID.

 Those who have outsider booth contractor must weir their uniform.

 

 

11)  SMX representative emphasized that wearing of slippers, short and sando are not allowed at the venue.

 

12) Exhibit viewing is open to the public and free entrance shall be from 8:00 am- 6:00 pm 

 

Note:

   PSME National Convention is every year, every 3rd week of October. Please consider it in your annual budget. =)
