PSME Bicol-Cluster Holds 2nd Conference and Joint Induction Ceremony

Highlighting unity with its theme, “Strengthening the Mechanical Engineers in the Region as Unified in the Profession towards Global Challenges”, the PSME Bicol-Cluster held its 2nd conference and joint induction ceremony on January 30, 2016 at the Villa Caceres Hotel in Naga City with PSME National President Murry F. Demdam as its Keynote Speaker.
President Demdam emphasized that the 2016 Board of Directors and Officers have come up with a good approach and that is, “striking a balance between service and growth.” Ten (10) priority programs have been outlined in accordance with the plan to improve, develop and sustain PSME, all of which are discussed in detail in the January 2016 issue of the PSME Newsletter which were distributed to all chapters.

During the conference, National Parliamentarian Gregorio S. Senining conducted sessions on Officers’ Bearer Course and PSME National Updates, while National Board Adviser and PDC Chairman Ernesto J. Casis handled CPD Update and PME Application. Exemplifying unity, members of the 2016 PSME National Board of Directors and Officers were present during the event (Standing, from left: Engr. The Bicol-Cluster is composed of five (5) chapters: Albay-Legaspi Chapter, Bacon-Manito (BacMan) Chapter, Camarines Norte Chapter, Camarines Sur-Naga Chapter and Masbate Chapter. Their Chapter Presidents are Engr. Ranulfo C. Dacir, Engr. Jose Cecil Jocel B. Sanosa, Engr. Julius T. Indionela, Engr. Francis L. Tipanero, and Engr. Antonio R. Bravo, respectively.
